Dr. Meagan Thomason is from Douglas, Georgia where she grew up on her family’s farm and found a love for horses. She attended the University of Georgia for undergrad and veterinary school. She graduated with her doctorate of veterinary medicine in 2021. After graduation, she completed a one year internship at Oakridge Equine Hospital in Edmond, OK. Then she spent a year at an equine ambulatory practice in Florida before making her way back to Oklahoma.  

Her interests include emergency medicine, internal medicine, acupuncture, and sports medicine. In her free time, she enjoys camping, snowboarding, biking, and attending UGA football games (Go Dawgs!)
