Dr. Erin Crawford graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2000 with a degree in Biology and received her DVM from Colorado State University in 2006. Following graduation from CSU, she spent a year as an intern at Oakridge Equine Hospital in Edmond, Oklahoma. After her internship, Dr. Crawford joined Sawtooth Equine Service, in Idaho. She practiced at Sawtooth Equine from 2007-2021. Dr. Crawford completed the Acupuncture for Veterinarians course at CSU and completed her International Veterinary Chiropractic Association certification in 2017.

After leaving traditional equine practice in 2022, North Fork Integrative Veterinary Care came into being. Dr. Crawford strives to treat the whole animal, incorporating acupuncture and chiropractic to provide the best care possible care. She has worked as a "traveling veterinarian" for the past couple years holding active licenses in Idaho, Washington, California, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona and Oklahoma. She is at Pine Ridge Equine during specfic weeks in 2023.
